What another fabulous week of hair and beauty we have had especially beautifying our stunning prom queens. It has been an absolute pleasure being part of so many lovely ladies special occasions.
Our Blow & Glow package has of course been extremely popular among all ages during this time. so this week we are bringing to you a top tip to achieving a perfect Do It Yourself blow dry.
DIY BOUNCY BLOW-DRY
The proper blow-drying technique is gentle on your hair and leaves it with plenty of bounce and shine. There are a few essentials to achieving the perfect blow dry and like everything it takes practice to make perfection. Rule number one, it is important to use the right kind of blow dryer. You should be able to adjust the temperature and the air stream. Also, remember to always use a heat protection spray before starting to dry your hair. These products help prevent blow-drying damage. We recommend that you rough dry your hair to about 90% and then for the last 10% only, dry the hair large round brushes and blow-dry section by section. Use a root booster/volumiser on the roots and comb through to give lasting volume and hold. Add a little hair spray if you wish but remember, not too much then your hair looks dry and stiff. Your blow dry should look smooth, shiny, big, bouncy and beautiful!
