Happy Friday everyone!
Instead of the TOP TIP this week, we thought we would bring a little update on our fabulous time at High Show last weekend.
So everybody knows that the visitor numbers at outdoor shows in England are heavily dependent on some nice British weather…… but you have guessed it, the weather was atrocious and by the end of the weekend, people were falling into the tracker ruts.
Our day didn’t start to great as our van got stuck driving on to the show ground but eventually we managed to get to our pitching spot and start to trade!
Despite the weather not being too great, the stand still looked amazing and remained ‘WHITE’ yes white throughout. Not the best colored stand in the world for unpredictable weather but nevertheless it worked extremely well. It was so lovely to see some familiar faces but also to have some new customers visit the stand to have a couple of treatments, inquiring about our services or even just taking one of our price lists and money off coupons to use at a later date. We really did have a successful day and everyone still had smiles on their faces to go with the odd bit of mud! Beauty and mud really do work well together :).
Thanks again to everyone that visited us and to those who helped with the preparations especially Mrs Lyons our neighbors for providing the yummy cupcakes! Mrs Lyons cakes always go down so well with the Beautique Beauties! Thanks to Sophie for taking the time to do teh beauty treatments on the stand and also to our curly blow queen Hayley for coming along to do curls, plaits and some hair ups!
We are thoroughly looking forward to our next event.
